Bebe Cannelle uses Paypal as a payment gateway in order to ensure the safety and security of your payment. No details are ever stored on our system, except your address to post the order.

So it is normal to be redirected to the Paypal page. However, you can choose to pay by a credit card (without using any paypal account) by clicking on the link "Continue" highlighted on the screen shot above. You can read:

Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue.

Here you shall click on the link "Continue". Of course the layout may be a bit different in another language, so look out for the credit card logos.
